Instructions
  1. I want to tell you that I cooked such cupcakes with other fruits – both apples and pears, but it is with Japanese quince that cupcakes turn out to be surprisingly fragrant, with a slight pleasant sourness. We will need 3-4 pieces of quince, it all depends on its size. It is necessary to get 300 g of purified mass.
  2. And so, let’s start: wash the quince, clean the seeds and partitions, cut into small cubes. Rinse the raisins well and set aside for a while.
  3. Put the chopped quince in a small saucepan or ladle, pour boiling water, bring to a boil.
  4. When the water boils, add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the butter and heat until it melts.
  5. When the butter has melted, add a spoonful of honey and so let it dissolve.
  6. Turn off the heat, add vanilla sugar and raisins. Stir and let cool. Until it cools down, do not cool down, the mass should remain quite warm, but not hot.
  7. When the mass cools down a little, transfer it to a high bowl, pour in the baking powder and mix well. A lush foam should form.
  8. Pour vegetable oil into this foaming mixture and add flour, mix well with a spoon.
  9. Spread the dough on greased molds. I got 8 pieces. The number of cupcakes will depend on the size of your molds. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  10. Cool the finished muffins. You can warm tea or coffee and treat guests, friends, relatives and relatives! This fragrant delicious dessert is flying with a bang!
  11. Before serving, “powder” the cupcakes with powdered sugar.
  12. The fragrance is divine! And the taste… it’s just beyond words!
