  1. To prepare the dough, I decided to use a combine harvester. Sift flour and semolina, sugar and baking powder into the bowl of the combine.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with the yolk.
  3. Dry and liquid components are combined, milk is added and kneaded.
  4. Form a ball of dough. Cover the finished dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator.
  5. Remove the zest from the orange and lemon halves.
  6. In a saucepan, mix the juice of half an orange and a lemon. Add the zest, honey, sugar, cocoa, water and put on fire.
  7. When the filling starts to boil, gradually pour in the semolina and cook until you get a thick consistency. It is very important to mix all the time so that the semolina does not burn and does not curl into lumps. Put the filling to cool.
  8. The dough should be thinly rolled into a rectangle and divided into 6 long strips.
  9. Wrap with a roll.
  10. Then we form rings. From above we make incisions with a sharp knife. Bake at a temperature of 180 * C for 30 minutes.
