You can serve hummus in a salad bowl or a bowl, or, after holding the salad bowl for 15-20 minutes in the freezer, cover it with a serving plate and turn it over, as I did. Rotating the plate with one hand, use the other hand to draw the grooves with a fork. A small depression is usually made on top in the center of the hummus, into which olive oil is poured. Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the hummus. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped fresh herbs, decorate as desired and fancy and serve. Hummus is served with tortillas, crackers, bread and even as a side dish to meat. Enjoy your meal!
