  1. Mix the eggs with powdered sugar and whisk with a blender at low speed.
  2. Then add the butter, flour and salt. Knead the dough (wrap it in plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Boil 4 soft-boiled eggs and put them in cold water.
  4. Then put out the spinach in a frying pan with coriander in butter. (all liquid should evaporate).
  5. Add cottage cheese and a little salt to the spinach and mix well.
  6. Next, we carefully distribute the dough according to the shape, then spread out part of the spinach filling. Put the eggs in the next layer. (they need to be cut into 2 halves).
  7. Then spread the remaining filling over the eggs.
  8. Next, cover the pie with dough, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it in the oven. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
