Instructions
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Grate carrots on a vegetable grater, onions, pickles and ham cut into cubes, chop the greens.
Fry carrots and onions, add pickles (they will give sourness) and chopped greens. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Spread the vegetable mixture and let it cool.
Slice the pita bread.
Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Put the vegetables and ham on the pita bread.
Wrap small rolls.
I made 16 pieces. Basically, they are ready to use.
But I fry them in a frying pan, pre-greased with a mixture of milk and eggs. So they look appetizing, become crispy and very tasty. Enjoy your meal!
