Lagman Recipe
Today I decided to cook this dish quickly. The mutton in the store looked delicious. There wasn’t much time before lunch, because I bought noodles in lagman. It turned out not only fast and beautiful, but also delicious!

  1. Wash the vegetables, peel them. Wash the meat, dry it with a napkin.
  2. Remove excess fat from the lamb, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.
  3. Separate the meat from the bones and finely chop. Vegetables are crushed: bulgarian pepper, carrots and radishes are rubbed, onions are diced, tomatoes are scalded, we remove the skin and also cut into cubes.
  4. We remove the skin from the cauldron and throw out the meat. Season with salt and pepper, add cumin and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Put carrots, onions, bell peppers, radishes in a cauldron and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Then add tomatoes and finely chopped potatoes.
  7. Pour boiling water and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  8. Five minutes before cooking, add the chopped herbs, garlic and bay leaf.
  9. Boil the noodles, rinse well and put them on a plate. Pour the sauce over the top, covering the meat and vegetables with it.
  10. Serve with green radish salad. Enjoy your meal!
