So I was taught to cook lagman from an Uzbek neighbor. Since then, this dish has firmly taken root in our kitchen.The dish turns out very tasty and amazing. You should try it.

  1. The ingredients we need. Pork can be replaced with other meat. If there is a lamb, take a lamb. In general, you can take meat whatever you want. We always cook from several varieties.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  3. Since I cooked a lot, I fried everything separately. First, fry the wings – cut in half, put them in a pot and fry all the meat and put it in a pot. Pour water so that it almost covers the meat, and boil it. When it boils, put the diced potatoes and cook for about an hour.
  4. Vegetables are washed, cleaned, cut into cubes and also fried in turn in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. First, pour a little oil into the pan, fry the onion, add the carrots to the onion and fry together. Then add the bell pepper. Peel tomatoes: peel tomatoes cut crosswise, pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then drain the water – rinse with cold water and remove the skin, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the vegetables in the pan.
  5. Then add the bell pepper. Then I add tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes. We fried our meat for about an hour, now we add it to the pan and cook for about 30 more minutes, of course, we did not forget to add salt and pepper to our dish. This is our casserole.
  6. This is our lagman in a pot. The dish turns out to taste sharp – as you like. We love it hot. You can even add a little chili.
  7. And, of course, it is believed that lagman is served with noodles. Boil the noodles as usual, put them in a colander, then put them in a cup, smear with a small amount of sunflower oil so that it does not stick together. In a soup plate, just put the noodles on top of our lagman and enjoy.
