Light Strudel with Apple and Prunes Recipe
Strudel for me is always autumn. Hot chocolate, vanilla ice cream, caramel apples and extra pounds by summer. In this recipe I combined a lot of filling, light cottage cheese, a minimum of dough and a good mood! Welcome!

Instructions
  1. To make this beautiful, light and very tasty dessert, we need to cut apples and prunes into cubes. I use spices for gingerbread. They perfectly emphasize the taste of apple and brown sugar.
  2. We will need 1 layer of Filo dough or very, very thinly rolled unleavened dough – the thinner, the better. Gently apply a soft cheese of 0% fat content to the dough.
  3. Spread the filling all over the dough, leaving 1 cm at the edges.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll the dough into a roll, brush with egg, sprinkle with spices and send it to bake for 15 minutes.
  5. We put our ruddy strudel on a plate and let it cool down a little.
  6. That’s all, a light, delicious dessert is ready. It will please you in any weather and will quickly cheer you up! Enjoy your meal!
