Instructions
  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Wash the liver. Send to a blender with 1 onion and bring to a smooth state.
  3. Add 3 eggs, salt, pepper and mix again in a blender.
  4. Pour into a large bowl. Add milk, flour and mix thoroughly. The consistency should resemble the dough for pancakes.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the pancakes from the resulting mass, frying on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. I got 12 of them. Set aside to cool.
  7. 2 onions cut into cubes.
  8. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater.
  9. Fry the onions and carrots in a pan until tender.
  10. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
  11. Also, fry the mushrooms in a pan until tender. Do not cover the pan while cooking, so that all the liquid will evaporate.
  12. Finely chop the dill and parsley.
  13. Mix the fried onions, carrots, mushrooms and herbs. This will be our filling.
  14. Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through a press.
  15. Put the cake together. Put the pancake on a plate. Grease with garlic mayonnaise and spread the filling. This is what we do with all pancakes. The top pancake is simply smeared with mayonnaise and put in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, it will be well soaked.
  16. Before serving, decorate the cake as you like. Salad in the form of a cake is ready.
  17. Bon appetit.
