  1. Preparing the form. With a diameter of 22 cm, cut out the parchment on the bottom and lubricate with vegetable oil. Turn the oven on 170 degrees.
  2. Counting marmalade. You can take any marmalade to your taste. You can add more than I did, but at the time I didn’t want it to be less cloying!
  3. Now let’s take the test. In a bowl, mix sour milk, sugar, egg and salt.
  4. Pour a full cup of flour with baking powder into the liquid mixture.
  5. Knead the dough. Thick as pancakes.
  6. Now pour the dough into the mold and level it.
  7. Spread over the marmalade.
  8. We “squeeze” it a little and close it with dough.
  9. Put in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Bake at a temperature of 170 degrees. Readiness to check with a toothpick. When the pie is ready, it will be dry.
  10. The finished cake is removed from the oven and immediately lubricated with butter. Cover with a towel and let stand for about 5-10 minutes.
  11. Then remove the pie from the mold. Remove the parchment and place it on a platter.
  12. Do not cut immediately… Let it stand for a while so that the marmalade grabs and does not reach for the knife. While the cake is cooling down, you can boil a kettle or make coffee. And after 10-15 minutes you can cut. The pie in taste and appearance in the section is very similar to a cottage cheese casserole! Enjoy your tea!
