  1. In the minced meat (pork + beef), add 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons of semolina (can be replaced with ordinary semolina), add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix the minced meat well.
  2. Mushrooms (6 pcs.) cut into pieces of any shape, cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onion. Lightly fry the onion until transparent.
  4. Then add the chopped mushrooms. Add 50 gr. butter, lightly salt the mixture to taste. Fry the mixture for 3-5 minutes.
  5. The mushroom filling is ready.
  6. From the total amount of minced meat, form tortillas of the same size. Put the cakes in the baking dish, make a recess, you can use the bottom of a glass or a spoon. Put the mushroom filling in the middle, smooth it out.
  7. Add a teaspoon with a small mound of sour cream to each cheesecake, smooth it out slightly.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the structure and send it to the oven preheated to t190-200C for baking. The approximate baking time of meat cheesecakes is 20-25 minutes. I want to note that the ovens are different and everyone should take into account the time and temperature independently.
