Meat Cutlets with Cheese Recipe
No one in our family likes cheese. Only I have a real passion for her. One day, while preparing a snack for my husband to hunt, I decided to “joke”. In the middle of the day, a call: people ask, what do you put in the cutlets? (they usually put everything they bring on the common table). The recipe was to everyone’s taste, although there was enough food for everyone. Since then, I’ve been cooking these meatballs for an encore at home. Delicious, lush, crispy and tender inside. In cold form, they are also good, especially if cut lengthwise and put on bread.

  1. Slice the vegetables randomly.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces. As you can see in the photo – there was quite a lot of fat in this piece.
  3. Pass vegetables and meat through a meat grinder. Pour 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs into the minced meat, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground pepper mixture.
  4. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Put it to the minced meat. Carefully break the egg so that all the protein does not leak out, this will make the cutlets even more tender. I don’t add a little protein, save it for another dish or make a face mask.
  5. Knead the minced meat, beat it a little, transferring it to a bowl. Pour the breadcrumbs into a convenient container. Turn the oven on the lower and upper heating at 190 degrees.
  6. Form medium-sized oblong cutlets, lightly rolled in breadcrumbs. Place the cutlets on a baking sheet. I got 5 more cutlets, I put them in the freezer. If there is a silicone baking mat on the farm, you can add 2 tsp of sunflower oil. Place the pan with the cutlets on the middle level of the oven. The baking time is 45-50 minutes, depending on the characteristics of the oven.
  7. Remove the pan with cutlets from the oven and serve with a hot side dish (I have harmful, but delicious pasta). This time we also opened a jar of pickles. Enjoy yourself and delight your loved ones!
