  1. For this dish, I take low-fat pork (loin or ham, or you can from the carbonate part or neck – it’s as you like). I cut the meat into pieces to make plates, and beat them off. Season with salt and pepper. Garlic and ginger are cleaned and washed, cut into strips. Cut the fat into cubes. I peel the nuts and cut them into pieces.
  2. For prepared meat (beaten, salted, peppered) I put a piece of bacon, garlic, ginger, nuts.
  3. I roll up the roll, fasten the edges with a toothpick. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. I add a little water and simmer until tender. I check the readiness with a wooden stick for shish kebab.
  4. Cut the onion into strips and squeeze out the juice of half a lemon on it, add the dill greens and put them on a dish next to the ready-made meat “fingers”. Garnish with lemon, herbs and flowers cut from onions.
