Instructions
Cut the meat into medium slices, beat off on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper, spread with mustard and put them in a bowl. Postpone.
Chop the onion, cut the mushrooms into plates.
Roll the pieces of meat in flour, lightly fry on high heat on both sides until golden brown.
Put it in a frying pan.
Fry the onion until transparent.
Add the mushrooms and fry all together until the liquid evaporates and turns brown.
Put the mushrooms and onions on the meat.
Add slices of peeled tomatoes or tomato sauce and simmer until the meat is soft. You can cook it in the oven.
Mix the cream with a small amount of flour.
Pour over the meat, bring to a boil. Everything will be ready in 2-3 minutes. Add finely chopped herbs and serve with any side dish.
I have rice as a side dish. It was amazing. Enjoy your meal!
