  1. Wash the neck, dry it, cut it into 3 steaks, and chop it off. Add salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. At this time, prepare the filling, wash the greens, dry and chop finely. Heat 1 tbsp of butter and lightly fry the greens.
  3. Beat the eggs, add to the greens, and fry until the eggs are ready. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put 1/3 of the filling on the beaten meat and roll it up.
  5. Grease the form with 1 tbsp of butter. Peel the potatoes and garlic, cut into thin slices, lay out the bottom and walls of the mold. Put the rolls on the potatoes and pepper them.
  6. Grease with sour cream, spread out the cherry, pour in 50 ml. boiling water. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Grate both types of cheese.
  8. After 25 minutes, sprinkle with cheese, bake for another 10 minutes at 220-240 degrees, preferably under the grill.
  9. Serve hot, with herbs.
