  1. Chop pork and boiled carrots in a meat grinder, preferably on a coarse grater.
  2. Add salt, season with pepper and whisk the minced meat.
  3. Chop the mushrooms in a blender, cut one onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil together with mushrooms, add salt to taste. Cool.
  4. Put the minced meat in a 30*40 cm plastic bag., roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1-1.3 cm.
  5. Cut the package, open the filling. Distribute the mushrooms evenly.
  6. Divide the back of the knife into 8 equal rectangles.
  7. Roll it up, it’s convenient to do it on film.
  8. Put the semi-finished products in a heat-resistant mold.
  9. Cut the second onion into rings, put it on rolls, smear each with sour cream and send it to the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, cover with foil, bake until cooked at 180 degrees, 5-10 minutes.
  10. Fry tomatoes in parallel, one or two per serving, pour soy sauce and olive oil to taste. 10 – 12 minutes, depending on the size.
  11. To serve, fry the “red” eggs. To do this, put in preheated vegetable oil 1/2 tsp sweet paprika, fry two eggs in it one at a time. Add the oil again, heat + the remaining paprika and fry two eggs. Add salt and flavored sauce to the yolks.
  12. Serve hot.
