  1. Put the water on the stove, add salt, add rice and cook until soft.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots.
  3. Fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the broth when the rice is almost ready.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into cubes and, when the potatoes are almost ready, add them to the broth.
  6. Add together with the fried mushrooms. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat after 2-3 minutes.
  7. Chop the greens (I have green onions) and add to the soup along with the bay leaf. You can get the bay leaf in 5-7 minutes, otherwise the soup will be bitter.
  8. The soup is ready.
