A very tasty, flavorful snack. It is prepared very easily and quickly. It can be served as an independent dish, or as a side dish or snack. I usually cook for the holidays. My family likes it.
Cut the tomatoes arbitrarily, punch with a blender. Transfer to a ladle, bring to a boil, boil. Then rub through a sieve, add salt and pepper to taste.
Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add rosemary and thyme. Then add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Then pour in the wine and slightly evaporate it, literally for a minute. Then add the mussels, fry the mussels for 1 minute.
Then add the tomato sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, and the mussels will be ready. Enjoy your meal!
