  1. First of all, fry the finely chopped mushrooms with one finely chopped onion, with the addition of vegetable oil, until cooked. Add a little salt and cool. The second onion, together with garlic, is crushed in the bowl of a blender. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Pour the slices of the loaf with milk (water) and mash into a pulp.
  3. Add chopped onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat. Mix well.
  4. For the filling, mix the mushrooms fried with onions, cheese and sour cream (1-2 tbsp.).
  5. From minced meat I form round cutlets. I put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Apply a little pressure.
  6. In the center of each cutlet, I make a recess with a small saucepan (or a glass of small diameter).
  7. Fill the meat nests with stuffing and put them to bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Serve them with any side dish or fresh vegetables.
