Nut Cake with Orange Juice Recipe
Today I bake this pie, its structure is dense, but at the same time soft, juice and orange peel give the product a unique flavor, and crushed nuts make the pie even tastier.

  1. Beat the sugar and eggs.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the orange and remove the zest from the peel. I needed 2 oranges.
  3. Add juice, sour cream (or yogurt), lemon zest, salt to the eggs beaten with sugar and mix well.
  4. Sift two types of flour (rice and wheat), add baking soda and baking powder, quickly knead the dough.
  5. Add chopped and pre-fried nuts, add candied fruits.
  6. Form the size of 23×12 cm lined with parchment, put the dough into it.
  7. Bake the pie in the oven for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr. Check readiness by sticking a wooden skewer, it should be dry.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk (or water) and lemon juice, mix everything.
  9. Using a pastry bag, pour the icing onto the cupcake. Pour tea into a cup and enjoy a delicious cupcake!
