This tender and lush pie is a very worthy alternative to oatmeal in the morning! It is prepared elementary (like porridge) – you just need to pour the grits, pour the dough, put it in the oven and wait for it to bake. There is no flour, butter and sugar in the recipe – at least! The cake certainly benefits from the aroma of spices! I suggest you immediately start a delicious and healthy breakfast!
Prepare the dough by placing a banana, egg, milk, flax seeds, baking powder and spices in a container for an immersion blender. Pour the resulting dough onto the flakes and mix so that all the flakes are covered with dough.
Chop the hazelnuts, it is convenient to do it with the flat wide side of the knife – you will get pieces of the right size, and then sprinkle them with dough.
Cut the apples into slices, lay them on a mosaic of hazelnuts.
Before putting the pie in the preheated oven, you can mix a spoonful of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle apple slices on top. I found this little one (terrible sweet tooth), so I sprinkled powdered sugar when the cake was ready. I baked it like a charlotte: first 20 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees, then the same at 180. The author of the recipe suggested putting the pie in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
