Instructions
  1. Prepare all the products.
  2. In a small container, break the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste and whisk lightly. Then add the milk and mix well. Grate or finely chop the cheese, tomatoes, onions and herbs. You can take any greens, according to your taste. For this recipe, I take half a bunch of parsley and dill.
  3. On a slightly heated frying pan, already greased with vegetable oil, pour part of our egg-milk mixture, as if we want to fry a pancake. I recommend taking a non-stick frying pan to make it easy to cook. Pour a little cheese, herbs, onions and tomatoes on the “pancake”. Cook over low heat.
  4. After about a minute, we begin to carefully roll the pancake right in the pan into a roll. If you use two spatulas, it will be much easier. Then, using a spatula, “shift” our roll to the edge of the mold. Pour the egg-milk mixture onto the vacated part of the mold.
  5. On the part of the pancake added to the pan, put the cheese, herbs, onions and tomatoes again.
  6. After a minute, we make the next curl of our roll, shift it to the side, pour the egg-milk mixture, pour out the filling. And so repeat until we run out of all the ingredients.
  7. Carefully place on a plate and leave for a couple of minutes.
  8. Cut into portions and treat the family. Enjoy your meal.
