  5. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry in a frying pan. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Preheat the frying pan, smear with vegetable oil before frying the first pancake, then you do not need to lubricate. Put the dough in a frying pan, fry the pancake on one side, then turn it over, reduce the heat. Beat the quail eggs into the pancake, distribute the bacon and cheese.
  7. Roll the pancake into an envelope (if the edges bend badly, you can fix it with toothpicks, then when the cheese melts, the edges will grab), cover the pan with a lid and cook until the eggs are ready. I made two of these. Fry the pancakes from the remaining dough, grease each with butter and you can eat with whatever your heart desires, they are very tasty.
