From flour, eggs, milk, make a liquid dough. Add your favorite seasonings.
Fry the mussels.
Add garlic.
Add the chopped mushrooms.
Finely chopped fresh herbs.
We put it in a greased form.
Pour our dough – and put it in the oven!
