Pie with Nuts Recipe
Cake “Autumn flower”. When it’s rainy and cool outside on an autumn day, you want hot tea with a rich, fluffy pie with a nut layer. After trying it, it’s impossible to stop. It is very soft, lush and sweet, with notes of walnut. The pie turns out to be very beautiful and will suit any festive table.

  1. Let’s start by making the dough. Add eggs, sugar, yeast to warm kefir and mix. Then add the melted butter, salt and gradually pour in the sifted flour with starch.
  2. It took me 500 grams of flour, the dough turned out a little sticky. Add vegetable oil to the dough and knead for about 10 minutes. It will become homogeneous, not sticking to the hands.
  3. Then put the dough in a warm place for one to two hours. Cover the top with a towel.
  4. When the dough rises, you need to divide it into 4 equal parts, form balls.
  5. Chop the nuts in a blender.
  6. Then each bun is rolled into a circle with a diameter of 26-28 cm. The first rolled circle is smeared with melted (vegetable) oil, sprinkled with sugar, and then sprinkled with nuts. We spread the second circle on top and repeat. We do the same with the third circle, and with the 4th – we cover it and do not lubricate it with anything.
  7. Our circle is divided into 8 parts. We have triangles. In each part, make an incision in the middle.
  8. Then we fasten two parts of our triangle, and push one through the incision and put our triangle on a baking sheet, repeat the same thing with other triangles.
  9. Put all the details on a baking sheet, brush with yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for 30-40 minutes (until golden brown). Prepare the syrup: mix 4 tablespoons of sugar with two tablespoons of water, boil for 2 minutes. Smear the hot cake with syrup and sprinkle with sesame seeds!
