Pie "Autumn flower". When on an autumn day it is rainy and cool outside, you want hot tea with a rich fluffy pie with a nut layer. After trying it, it is impossible to stop. It is very soft, lush and sweet, with notes of walnut. The pie turns out very beautiful and suitable for any festive table.
Let's start with the preparation of the dough. In warm kefir, add eggs, sugar, yeast and mix. Next, add the melted butter, salt, and gradually pour in the sifted flour with starch.
It took me 500 grams of flour, the dough is a little sticky. To the dough you need to add vegetable oil and knead for about 10 minutes. It will become homogeneous, not sticky to the hands.
Then remove the dough in a warm place for one to two hours. Top with a towel.
When the dough rises you need to divide it into 4 equal parts, form the balls.
Nuts grind in a blender.
Then each bun is rolled into a circle with a diameter of 26-28 cm. the First rolled circle is greased with melted (vegetable) oil, sprinkle with sugar and then sprinkle with nuts. From above uploaded the second circle and repeat. With the third circle we do the same, and with the 4th-we cover and do not lubricate anything.
Our circle is divided into 8 parts. We've got triangles. In each part, make an incision in the middle.
Then we fasten two parts of our triangle, and one we push through an incision and we put our triangle on a baking sheet, we repeat all the same with other triangles.
Spread all parts on a baking sheet, grease with yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for 30-40 minutes (until Golden brown).
Cook the syrup: 4 tablespoons of sugar mix in two tablespoons of water, boil for 2 minutes. Hot pie, brush with syrup and sprinkle with sesame seeds!
