  1. It is better to marinate the meat in advance. I’ve had enough for today. Cut the meat into thin slices. Finely chop or grate the garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in buttermilk, yogurt or kefir.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into half rings. Hot pepper is taken to taste.
  3. Cut the potatoes into thin strips and pour boiling water for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix the chopped vegetables with sour cream and paprika, add salt to taste.
  5. At the bottom of a frying pan with high sides, put the meat in one layer without marinade. Cut onion and meat into half rings.
  6. Then part of the potatoes is laid out and covered with part of the vegetables. Then lay out the potatoes again and put the vegetables on top. I sprinkled a little salt on all the layers.
  7. Tomatoes come last. Put it to bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
  8. Remove the baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
