Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin slices of about 3 mm.
  2. From a jar of dried tomatoes, take a spoonful of this incredibly fragrant oil and heat it in a saucepan or in a frying pan.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic there, fry for half a minute.
  4. Pour in the cream. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. To reduce the calorie content of the dish, half of the cream can be replaced with milk.
  5. And add the potatoes. Stir and remove from heat after 3 minutes.
  6. Chop the green onions, some dried tomatoes and cherry.
  7. We put potatoes, green onions and dried tomatoes in a baking dish in a circle.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Repeat the application of layers.
  10. Put the remaining green onions, dried tomatoes and cherry on the last layer. Pour the remaining cream from the saucepan on top. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Cover the mold with foil so that the top potatoes do not dry out. When the potatoes are ready, sprinkle them with cheese and leave them in the oven for a few minutes to brown.
