Potato Salad with Chicken Recipe
A simple but very satisfying and delicious salad with potatoes, chicken, vegetables and eggs. I dressed the salad with sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil. It will also be delicious if you fill it with mayonnaise or sour cream.

  1. Cut boiled chicken and potatoes into cubes. Crumbled eggs. Shredded cabbage. Finely chop the peeled apple. For juiciness, carrots are crushed in a shredder.
  2. Chop the fennel and onion. Add salt, sugar, pepper and squeezed lemon juice. I added butter and mixed the salad thoroughly.
  3. The salad turned out to be hearty, tasty and juicy. I put it in a salad bowl.
