Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and mash them into a puree. If there is a ready made puree it will be even faster.
To the mashed potatoes, add flour, egg, herbs, salt, pepper, turmeric, finely chopped garlic, and mix until smooth.
Cut the cheese into cubes.
From mashed potatoes, we form a sausage and divide it into 12 slices.
We take 1 plate, put 3-4 pieces of cheese on it and cover it with a second plate, fix the edges, roll them in flour or breadcrumbs and form tortillas.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well and fry the tortillas on both sides until Golden brown.
Spread the tortillas on parchment or paper towels. Serve warm to the table with sour cream, while the cheese center is liquid.
