Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry. Then chop the onion and add it to the chicken, season with salt and pepper.
Mix the grated cheese with herbs, cut the tomato into cubes.
Grate the potatoes, squeeze out the juice, add eggs, flour, salt.
Mix everything together. Divide into two parts, put the 1st part on a hot frying pan (I have a diameter of 28 cm), flatten in the form of a pancake and fry.
When the pancake is fried, turn it over and put layers of chicken with onions, tomatoes, then cheese with herbs on the second half.
Cover everything with the second half and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve a giant pancake with sour cream or fresh vegetables.
