  1. Cut the rabbit into portions, you do not need to chop it. Add a little salt and pepper and put 2 sprigs of thyme in the garlic marinade. Stir and leave to marinate for 40-50 minutes.
  2. Fry the rabbit pieces over high heat until golden brown. Put it on a plate.
  3. Peel the onion, carrot and garlic. Cut onions into quarter rings, and carrots into large cubes. Fry in the same pan until light golden brown.
  4. Return the pieces of fried rabbit to the pan, add the pieces of chili, thyme and rosemary, pour in the dry white wine and cook for 5 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
  5. Dilute sour cream with water to the thickness of kefir, add salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the rabbit pieces and vegetables with sour cream, bring to a boil, reduce the heat, close the lid and simmer for 40-50 minutes. 20 minutes before the end of cooking, put 8-10 cherry tomatoes. It is good to serve mashed potatoes as a side dish, or you can also serve porridge.
