  1. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Soak the noodles in cold water for half an hour, or watch the instructions for how much to soak.
  2. Cut the meat into thin strips. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the meat until Golden. If there is sesame oil, you can drop a couple of drops, it will give a peculiar taste to the dish.
  3. At this time, cut the onion with feathers. Finely chop the garlic, pepper and ginger. Add to the meat, pour a pinch of sugar and fry for about 5 minutes. If you have a sweet and thick soy sauce, oyster sauce or Hoisin sauce, then add at this stage. Add them about half a teaspoon at a time.
