Instructions
Rice is better to take kruglozerny. Paprika – smoked, but you can also ordinary. Pre-wash the rice.
Heat the oil and fry the onion.
After five minutes, add the paprika and fry.
Add the rice, chopped tomatoes, mix and fry for five minutes.
Add water, salt, and mix. Turn down the heat to medium.
While the rice is cooking, make a paste. Mix the garlic, anchovies, capers and parsley.
Pound until smooth. Add lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. And mix.
After about 10 minutes, make a small fire and cover with a lid.
When the rice is ready, turn off the heat, add the paste to the rice and stir.
