  1. Rice can be taken plain white or, like mine, a mixture.
  2. Cook, watering, until cooked in plenty of water, as the rice will swell greatly. Time – according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Dice the pepper and onion.
  4. Fry until golden brown, stirring.
  5. Put the finished warm rice into the mold. Stir everything together over the fire. Add salt if there is not enough in the rice.
  6. At the end, add the corn.
  7. Pour over the prepared sweet chili sauce. Or just add chili pepper, a little sugar or honey.
  8. Put out everything together. If necessary, you can add a little boiling water – a couple of spoons.
  9. To serve, take a small bowl of a streamlined shape and lubricate the inside with vegetable oil.
  10. Run a thin knife along the edge. Cover with a flat plate and flip sharply. Carefully remove the dishes.
  11. Serve as a side dish to deep-fried chicken. All together it turns out harmoniously and delicious!
