Rolls of Pork under the “Blanket” Recipe
Good afternoon, dear chefs!!! I hasten to you with a recipe for a very, very tasty lunch or dinner!!! My husband loves meat rolls, but just cooking rolls is like something ordinary and boring. And when it’s still full of fresh vegetables, I wanted to cook something original, very tasty and beautiful! Come on, darling, try what happened!!!

Instructions
  1. Cut the meat into portions and chop it off as thinly as possible. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. For the filling, cut the mushrooms into medium-sized pieces. I have wild mushrooms, but they turn out delicious and stuffed. Cut one onion into small pieces and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Then add the onion, salt, pepper and fry everything together for a couple of minutes. At the end, add the butter and leave the filling to cool.
  3. Spread a little filling on each piece of meat and roll it into rolls. If the meat is beaten off thinly, then the rolls do not need to be fastened with anything – they will not fall apart!
  4. Lightly beat the egg with a fork. Dip our rolls first in egg, then in flour and fry on all sides until golden brown. If you prefer breadcrumbs, feel free to take them instead of flour.
  5. We lubricate the baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil and put our rolls into it.
  6. Meanwhile, we are preparing our vegetable “blanket”. Cut the onion into half rings. Grated carrots. Peel the sweet pepper from the seeds, wash and cut into strips. First fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the carrots and continue to fry. Last of all, add the sweet pepper and fry on low heat until the pepper is soft. Add salt to taste.
  7. Put the hot vegetable mass on top of the rolls.
  8. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and cover with a vegetable “blanket”. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
  9. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15-20 minutes. As soon as the cheese melts and browns a little, you can take it off!!!
  10. Serve hot with any side dish. I have potato tortillas as a side dish. Very tasty and very juicy!!!
