Rolls with Pudding “Delicious” Recipe
Dear cooks, I offer you a quick and simple recipe for making very tasty rolls. They are prepared easily and simply, the longest in this recipe is the cooling time of the pudding, but if you prepare it in advance, you can say that the dessert is prepared in the blink of an eye. Come in!

  1. Rinse the cranberries or raisins and pour hot water for 5-10 minutes, then discard on a sieve.
  2. Of the total amount of milk, leave two tablespoons to lubricate the rolls. Stir the pudding in 150 ml, bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Pour the dissolved milk and pudding into the boiling milk in a trickle and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. put a piece of cellophane on the surface of the finished pudding (to form a foam) and leave to cool.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry (whatever it is) into a square about 5 mm thick. Grate the cooled pudding on the surface, put the cranberries on top.
  4. Roll the dough into a roll.
  5. With a sharp knife cutting movements (do not press!) cut the roll into pieces 2-3 cm wide. Dip the underside of the rolls in flour and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  6. Lubricate the buns with milk.
  7. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or ground almonds.
  8. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, watch your oven. I baked for 23 minutes, and some of them were slightly burnt on top.
  9. Finished rolls can still be sprinkled with powdered sugar. The delicate delicacy is ready! You can eat it both warm and cold. Enjoy your meal!
