Cranberries or raisins, wash and pour hot water for 5-10 minutes, then drain in a sieve.
Of the total amount of milk leave two tablespoons to lubricate rolls.
In 150 ml stir the pudding, the rest of the milk to boil.
In boiling milk trickle pour in the milk with dissolved and pudding, stirring constantly cook until thick.
the surface of the finished pudding to put a piece of cellophane (to form scum) and leave to cool.
Puff pastry (still what) roll into a square with a thickness of about 5 mm.
