Cake with Apples and Pudding Recipe
Cake is a confection, popular in Western Ukraine and Poland. As a rule, it is baked in a rectangular shape. Offer to cook a cake with apples and custard pudding. It is gentle, light enough and unobtrusively sweet. Just what you need on new Year's eve! And yet, this cake is a beautiful cut!
Instructions
  1. Rectangular shape (I have 30*26 cm) lubricate. You can take a form smaller then the pie will be higher. Apples cleaned and cut into slices. Mix flour with baking powder.

  4. Then add flour with baking powder and mix well. The dough is thick enough. Spread half of the dough in shape, smooth.

  5. To the rest of the dough add cocoa, milk, stir.

  6. Chocolate dough to put on top of white dough. On top arrange the apples and slightly imbedded in the dought. Put the cake in the oven, preheated to temperature of 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

  7. Prepare the pudding cream. In 100 ml of cold milk to dissolve the pudding powder.

  8. To the remaining milk add sugar and heat almost to a boil. Stirring constantly, pour in the pudding mixture. Continuously stirring, cook until thick. Cool.

  9. Put the cream on the cake, sprinkle with cocoa. I used a stencil. Put the cake in the fridge.
