Royal Cheesecake from a Slow Cooker Recipe
On the bright Easter holiday, not only cakes are baked, but also a variety of pies. Since childhood, cottage cheese has been my favorite filling in pies. Additives: raisins, candied fruits and vanilla to your taste. They were not in the original. The height of the cheesecake is 4 cm. The diameter of the bottom of the bowl is 21 cm.

Instructions
  1. Add baking powder to the flour. Add fine sugar – about half of 200 g.
  2. Crumble the butter into pieces. First we’ll do it with a knife.
  3. Then chop them into crumbs with your hands.
  4. The dough for the crumbs is ready.
  5. For the filling, pre-rinse the raisins and let them drain.
  6. Prepare candied fruits. If large, divide in half. The color will look great in context.
  7. To refuel the minced meat, pour all the fine granulated sugar into the eggs. And some vanilla sugar.
  8. My cottage cheese turned out to have a mild taste, but then I crushed it with a blender.
  9. Pour the cottage cheese to the eggs with sugar.
  10. Whisk with a blender. If the cheese is too moist, you can add corn starch or flour.
  11. Now add the raisins.
  12. And candied fruits.
  13. Cover the bottom of the slow cooker with parchment.
  14. Pour out the dough crumbs. In the original 2/3, but I poured more. Lightly tamp it down.
  15. Put the filling on top.
  16. Pour the remaining crumbs on top. I have a quarter left.
  17. Close the lid and install the baking program. I have 50 minutes. And often it is necessary to bring it to readiness, i.e. to expand the program.
  18. Since after 50 minutes the middle has become watery, put a new program “baking” for another half hour. In addition, we love golden pastries, in a slow cooker more often pale.
  19. Leave to cool directly in the slow cooker, then turn it over. So low.
  20. Turn it over again on a serving flat dish.
  21. Sprinkle sugar crumbs on top. Now you can serve tea.
