  1. Finely chop the young cabbage and add a little salt.
  2. Cut tomatoes and cucumber, add to cabbage.
  3. Pepper cut into short strips and mix with vegetables.
  4. Put the vegetable mixture on a serving dish, and pieces of cheese on the vegetables.
  5. Season with sauce, garnish with herbs and egg yolk grated on a fine grater.
