Salad with Broccoli
A wonderful salad for three reasons: minimum calories. maximum taste. Summery, light and fresh thanks to vegetables and the world’s healthiest broccoli, but at the same time satisfying thanks to salami, cheese and spicy dressing. It is prepared in 15 minutes.

Salad:
Filling:
  • 3tablespoons Sour cream(any fat content to your taste; you can add more who loves more)
  • 1teaspoon Mustard(I love in grains)
  • 1teaspoon Sugar
  • 2teaspoons Vinegar(rice, white wine or Apple-any, can be replaced with lemon juice)
  • Curry(a must! get a unique taste)
  • 1clove Garlic(for an Amateur, I’m even more put)
Instructions
  1. We don’t cook broccoli. We simply disassemble it into medium-sized inflorescences, throw it into a colander and lower it into boiling water. The color of cabbage will immediately transform: it will become emerald! Let’s pour off all the liquid.
  2. Cut the walnuts smaller.
  3. Put the broccoli, walnuts, raisins and thinly sliced salami in a bowl.
  4. Add the finely chopped cucumber and tomato.
  5. And chopped white onion, egg, grated cheese. I’ll grate the parmesan on a grater. To interfere. Add a little salt and pepper (to taste).
  6. Now the filling. In principle, you can fill it to your liking (even with mayonnaise), but I advise you to prepare this: sour cream, sugar, curry, mustard, vinegar and garlic passed through the press to mix. The sauce will turn out a little runny and sweet, but the salad turns out to be killer delicious! Just please don’t forget the curry. He plays a major role in our salad.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix. Try it with a spoon. Delicious, right? But I have some more good news for you: if you let the salad stand for a couple more hours (and ideally overnight), then it will soak in the juice of vegetables and dressing and become, hmmm, even 10 times tastier) Enjoy your meal and be slim, beautiful and healthy!
