Wonderful salad for three reasons: a minimum of calories. maximum taste. Summer, light and fresh due to vegetables and the most useful in the world of broccoli, but at the same time nourishing due to salami, cheese and spicy dressing. It is prepared in 15 minutes.
We're not cooking broccoli. We just sort it into medium-sized inflorescences, throw it in a colander and dip it in boiling water. The color of the cabbage will be transformed immediately: it will become emerald!
Let's drain all the liquid.
We'll chop the walnuts smaller.
In a bowl put broccoli, walnuts, raisins and sliced into thin small pieces of salami.
Add the finely chopped cucumber and tomato.
And sliced white onions, egg, grated cheese.
I'm to grate Parmesan.
Stir. A little salt and pepper (to taste).
Now the filling. In principle, you can fill to your taste (even mayonnaise), but I advise you to cook this:
sour cream, sugar, curry, mustard, vinegar and garlic passed through the press to mix. The sauce will turn out a little runny and sweet, but the salad is killer delicious! Just please don't forget the curry. He plays a leading role in our salad.
Pour the dressing into the salad, stir. Try a spoon. Delicious, right? But I have for you there is still good news: if you allow salad to stand up couple of more hours (and ideally - night), then he'll soak in juice vegetables and dressing and will become, hmmm, still in 10 times tastier)
