I suggest you try a delicious, light salad. It gets ready pretty quickly. Unless, of course, you purchase all the components beforehand. Meat to choose from. Beef, pork, and lamb are perfect, and you can also collect cold cuts. I used a shoulder of mutton.

  1. We prepare all the products. The juice from the lemon has already been squeezed out.
  2. We’re refueling. Finely chop the garlic or use a “press”, mix with lemon juice, olive oil, two tablespoons of water. Add a mixture of salt, pepper and a little sugar. Mix everything well.
  3. Cut the lamb into thin strips, add salt, pepper and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. I think if you add a little garlic, it won’t hurt either.
  4. It is not worth frying meat, but it is not necessary to leave it raw either.
  5. Wash the spinach, peel off the hard legs, let the water drain. If there is no fresh spinach, frozen spinach will do.
  6. Peel the grapefruit as usual. Remove the white film and divide into slices. Peel and slice the avocado. The size of slices of grapefruit, avocado and meat is about the same. Cut the celery into rings.
  7. We choose our salad. You can carefully mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl and immediately prepare portioned dishes. Mash the main avocado in mashed potatoes. Before serving, whisk the dressing well again and add to our salad.
