I had no idea about the existence of this recipe. I was wondering what would happen in the end. The recipe as a whole has not changed… I want to say that I was not disappointed with the result.

Instructions
  1. Cook the potatoes. At the end of cooking, add a little salt and prepare a puree. I made mashed potatoes without milk. On the water in which the potatoes were cooked. Add three tablespoons of butter.
  2. Now prepare the spicy marinade. Pour water into a saucepan and dip into it coarsely chopped carrots, onions, celery stalks, bay leaves, allspice and seasoning with salt. (My seasoning is dried carrots, parsley root, celery, parsley and dill). Let the water boil, then immerse the salmon pieces in the marinade. Salmon should cook for five minutes. I fried the second onion in olive oil… It remains to prepare the sauce from milk and flour. In a preheated frying pan, fry the flour in olive oil until golden brown and pour in the milk. A little salt. If you get lumps, don’t worry, rub the sauce through a sieve.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Grease the baking dish with oil. Sprinkle the bottom and edges with breadcrumbs. Put it in a form for mashed potatoes. Put pieces of salmon on the mashed potatoes. Pour the fried onion on top and pour the sauce over it. Put the mold in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Take out the mold, sprinkle cheese on top and put it back in the oven higher to a ruddy color. All the preparations took me about an hour. I think you can cook a lot faster.
  5. I cut off this piece immediately, taking it out of the oven. Put lettuce leaves on a plate. Put mashed potatoes with salmon in the center of the leaves. It is decorated with two types of shrimp and green onions.
