  4. Then knead the dough and divide into 13 parts of 75 g each.. Roll into a bun, leave under the film for 10 minutes. Turn on the oven to warm it up. At this time, prepare the sauce: whisk the lecho and vegetables with a blender.
  5. Roll out each bun, spread 1 tsp of sauce and half a sausage (or sausage) on it. Pin it on top.
  6. Form all the blanks in this way. Place on parchment and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
  7. The remaining sauce – 1 tbsp. – mix with the yolk. With this mixture, lubricate the remaining blanks and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put it in a preheated oven.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, then brush again with a mixture of yolk and sauce.
  9. Bake for another 5-7 minutes, until a beautiful blush appears.
