I want to share with you a recipe for an amazingly delicious, summer, crispy salad of seasonal vegetables with fried garlic squid and a light, spicy dressing!
Peel the squid from the films and cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic, fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Add the squid to the garlic, fry for 3-4 minutes.
Put it on a napkin to drain excess fat, cool it.
Blanch the asparagus in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, put it in a colander, pour ice water over it.
Cut carrots and radishes into slices, celery into small pieces.
For dressing, mix soy sauce, lime juice and honey.
Mix all the ingredients, season the salad, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
