  1. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper on each side.
  2. Heat a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown. The meat should cool down.
  3. Prepare a salad. To do this, chop the cabbage. Finely chop the cucumbers and tomatoes.
  4. Mix everything in one bowl, adding salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  5. Cut the meat into small cubes.
  6. Cut each pita bread in half. We will prepare 4 portions of shawarma.
  7. Gaining charm. Grease each lavash with 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and ketchup. Spread with a spoon over the surface of the pita bread.
  8. Place the chicken on the narrow edge of the pita bread.
  9. Then spread the chicken salad. Do not spare the vegetables. Spread Korean carrots on top of the vegetable salad.
  10. Then grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  11. We wrap the pita bread in a roll, pre-wrapping the edges on both sides so that our filling is hidden in the pita bread.
  12. Preheat the pan and lay out the pita bread. Fry in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.
