Instructions
  1. Make the batter for the muffins. Usually I take water and milk in a ratio of 1: 1. you Can take one milk. But I’m going to make buns on the water today, keeping the rest of the ingredients. Pour warm water into the bowl where we will knead the dough. Put the sugar and yeast, stir with a whisk. Sift the flour a little. Add salt. Knead the dough first with a whisk, then with a silicone spatula. When there is about half a Cup of flour left, add the butter. The butter needs to be melted. I do this in microwave for 55 seconds at 800 power. Pour the oil into the flour and collect it with a spatula, adding the remaining flour. Then we will work with our hands. They are better smeared with sunflower oil. Do not add extra flour, do not clog the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and place it in another dish, covered with sunflower oil. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place on the rise for 35-45 minutes. I heat the oven for this to t-50 C.
  2. While the dough is standing, cover the baking sheet with baking paper, oiling it. The dough increased in size. Again, with oiled hands, we crumple it and tear off a piece, forming buns. I have a small oven for 18 liters. The baking tray is small and it will fit 6 buns, located at a distance from each other. Separate the yolk from the egg and brush the top of the rolls, sprinkle with sesame. Put again on proofing for 15 minutes. Buns will increase in size. Since I put the buns on the rise in a warm oven, I do not take them out, immediately start baking, setting the t-180 C and time 20 minutes. That’s enough time for me. Focus on your oven. The buns will rise and grow before your eyes.
  3. Buns will go with any sandwich. I’m using one today for a chickpea Burger. Here is a set of products for it. Who is interested in the recipe for chickpea cutlets, the link will be given at the end of the recipe.
  4. Let the bun cool a little and cut it in half lengthwise. Here is a cut of a bun that has not yet completely cooled down. Soft, airy, porous in a hole.
  5. Packed a hamburger. Bon appetit.
