  1. Add salt, baking powder, red pepper, turmeric, oregano to the sifted flour. Mix it. Pour in the cream and vegetable oil. Knead a soft dough. Cover with foil and leave for 15-20 minutes. Divide the dough into equal pieces. Roll into a ball, leave alone for 5 minutes. Roll out thin cakes on a slightly dusty work surface.
  2. Fry the cakes in well-heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides over moderate heat. Put the finished cakes on a paper towel.
